Favorite European Composers; In Order

-Liszt: The loud rapture of Liszt's music and complex twiddling of notes always has a delightful and sweet foundation that not many can appreciate. Its as if the music has legitimized itself as a labyrinth of sound, and the bellows of the notes are your guide out and about. I may be considered a contrarian for this position not belonging to either Mozart, Beethoven, or even Tchaikovsky, but rest assured this is purely from a preference standpoint.

-Mozart: What is there to say? Dreamlike-elegancy drips off of every note as if the song were to be compared to a milky wave, not completely monopolized by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, but definitely mastered.

-Tchaikovsky: Russian Composers during the late 1800s and early 1900s dominated and owned the Classical world. People like Prokofiev, Shostakovitch, but there is only one who I may grant the title of THE Russian Composer, and that is Tchaikovsky. Such diversity, so many variables of thought to consume. Tchaikovsky's music is something only a true genius could compose, a gamble in which the numbers are so stacked against oneself that many would scoff at such notions that would threaten a precious resource in the Classical world, credibility. Not Tchaikovsky.

-Salieri (Ironic) : The cruel and emotionally contagious brutality of Salieri cannot be matched, nigh-indefinite is the wave of power projecting from Salieri's music. So strict, so demanding, so pristine and cutthroat.

-Vivaldi: Created possibly one of, if not the most important pieces in history, alongside being able to control emotion and tempo at will without skipping a beat. One of the greatest Italian Composers who truly exhibit their culture and its values.

-Prokofiev: All music that is written from Prokofiev is music that has a place in God's choir. Often low, deep, fulfilling, and rotund, Prokofiev plays not just for the ears, or the mind, but for the soul. Will his composition ignite a fire in you? Will it give you the strength to stand on two feet? Maybe, but one thing is for certain. It gives you the strength to steel yourself and keep on going.

-Beethoven: The music feels as if a pixie had tapped you on the eardrum, or a sparkle of stars flew through your mind. Engulfing you in a sea of precision and developed flavors. To be able to make something sound so complex yet be performed so simply, and make something sound so simple, yet ripe with vehemence and spirit. There isn't a man on Earth who doesn't love Beethoven.

-Debussy: The paradigm of absolutes in music, there is no bittersweet or melancholy with Debussy, there is only pure, unfiltered emotion. Raw energy that will make you feel as droopy as a puddle, or as galvanized as the smoldering Sun. Claire De Lune, Arabesque, there is nothing else to say.
