Civilization VII offers an engaging core gameplay experience, but the user interface is a frustrating mess. The menus are clunky and unintuitive, making it difficult to navigate and manage your empire smoothly. The colour scheme and button placement further add to the confusion. Most disappointing, however, is the lack of accessible context and information to make informed strategic decisions. Key details feel buried, and without this clarity, it’s hard to plan effectively. At this stage of release, I would not recommend the game. Firaxis has promised fixes, but right now, Civilization VII feels unfinished and lacks significant polish.
