Do not buy this game!!!

One of the difficulties is, that you cannot really create any saves. The game will auto-save for you.
This would be fair enough, but then the game keeps CRASHING.

After that it'll either load a seemingly randomg auto-save or tell you the file is curropted you have to start the campaign all over again. (I lost 5hrs of play time TWICE!)

When you are lucky to get back to a random Auto-save, the waves you previously mastered easily may finish you easily now, because the game decides they should come from a different direction than before now. wasting all the time you spend into the current missions double (for first try and then again for loading it and trying to finish it again)

Because this does not happen within the first 2 hours, steam refuses to give a refund.

So: DON'T BUY IT!

Reporting the issue to Numantian Game resulted in the following answer:

"we cannot refund the game"
"You need to switch of any antivirus software or firewall to play the game"

I checked my antivirus software. It declared TAB to be safe.
And I'm certainly not gonna switch of any antivirus software or firewall to play a game. That would be unsound.

What they offered is to create a new save according to whatever I tell them, so I can start playing from that point.
If they are willing to create a new save game, they could've just put in a save game option and crashing/corruption would be much less of a hassle.

So again:

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM NUMANTIAN GAME

play it, because....why not?

as much as i'd like to say the game is good or bad or anything... i can't

because i can't play it.

when you log in, there will be a "Games for Windows Live" account required ... first time hearing that thing, and seems like last time, as others wrote, that thing is already down/abondend

so you payed money for software i can't use.....

strongly advise you not to buy it, unless you're sure you can play it
