I am a guy who hunts for deals on games, I play anything I can get my hands on. If I don't know of any deals I'll know people who do, so if you ever need a free game or needing one on the cheap, ask me about my discord or visit my twitch. I got a streamelements store open with all sorts of video game keys you can earn just by watching!

I only write this review for this game from not only playing its predecessor (Worlds Adrift) but with other like minded Early Access titles.

For a new player this game has little substance, and alot of difficulty QoL wise. WA had its own problems, so think about it, it could've been even worse. Let me enlighten you.

Having to log out in a game where your ship at any time could be raided or destroyed. Thanks to the floor of the cloud map me and a friend would leave our ship in hiding of the dense fog of the game map and even wait for the other to get on before adventuring.

Ragdolling was horrible in WA and you learned real quick on how to use the grappling hook. Very early on we had to resort to grappling the ship to avoid being thrown off. The Hook was your enemy and your ally, your ship was your home, and anyone could PvP you. Worlds would have environmental changes like sudden thunder storms. Storm walls that impeded your progress till you could make a better ship, and had to contend with other players a rust style experience. (Tin is your friend in this game as it was in WA)

Thankfully alot of what I experienced then, it didn't happen often, but we even helped out other stranded journeyman. Lost Skies could run only because World's Adrift could walk. So take this game with a grain of salt, not a pound of pepper. Optimizations are needed and alot of what was in the current game was overlooked for this EA release.

I miss wearing my founder's mask, but the dlc was a nice touch, and hearing the OST and World's adrift music kicked on and the opening song on embarking in Lost Skies. Literal tears. Thank you Bossa, please, keep up the amazing work.

*Cracks Knuckles* This is where the praise ends, sorry.

If you are a person of patience and forgiveness the game is a rekindled memory for its WA community. With a myriad punishing with bugs and backups, the UI bugs out and either accessing inventory hangs up and shows up in the menu screen. Progress could fault from a corrupted save and having to rollback a hour or more of work without warning. There needs to be a host option to manual save on the fly and send a copy of the log to Bossa.

Resources could bug out not destroying upon collection, while beneficial to the player its still a glitch/exploit that does happen.

Instead of having a "beam" from the ship's core that shows where the ships core is while convenient it also can be abused from private PvP, if the priority is safety have a fast travel to your registered ship, makes things safer and avoids players falling off and causing collision crashes with no firsthand accounts to explain them since the game itself is like walking on glass when it comes to defaults in the game's mechanics. And to disable it have a flag for when a player strikes another player disabling both of their fast travel functions based on whoever attacks who first/last.

If your ship is too big, and has ship structures or wings protruding from the ship and you put down a shipyard and during the animation one of these protrusions clips. The game completely crashes.

While there can be hotfixes and changes as a indie of my own game myself, I understand there is a order to the madness, getting these reports makes them a priority. While having us pay to be QA testers for the game would put a bad taste in anyones mouth. I can/cannot recommend this game there is alot that needs to be forgiven and very little to recieve.

Its a early access title and with no marketing strategy the game is like word of mouth. I personally love the universe Bossa made. I and many others want this game to succeed where World's Adrift failed.

I want people to buy this game but for the right intentions, but with little to go on, trust wise. Its like betting on a horse, you don't know what the future holds for this game.

With how many faults of this game I would beg you to buy it, but hearing the systematic groans whenever someone lost progress or had to rollback because of a glitch or a bug.

Give the game a chance, but if not and you wanna wait, then do. I implore you to wait. When the game does a "76" or a "NMS", or even a "Diablo" I'll append this review when a more playable state, or significant change is achieved.

Hey there brother, saw you're attempting to work on Frankie's and wanted to ask if you needed the models of the girls in their original form. HMU if so.

No I don't think I won't, you are looking to have an arguement with someone who played a QA copy of the build. My father was friends with a QA tester and he gave me his copy of it.

Back then at launch it was more unregulated which explained why kids asked me where I got a manuel for a game that hadn't released yet.

You, uh.. Might want to go read the PS1 FFVII Wiki again. Disc 1 does not end until Forgotten Capital (REDACTED's death). Midgar is barely even 2-3 hours of Disc 1. You get Cid before Disc 2 even starts.
Jenova is Disc 1's last boss before it goes "Now switch to Disc 2~!" Disc 1 is still Temple of the Ancients, my dude. It is *not* just Midgar.

Lastly when and if you do decide to place your own reviews try not to be far leaning on passionate or negative with your experiences try to tell the reader your exact experience. Play on the hardest difficulty, really work for that endgame (If there is one...), and for all that is holy. If its a online, multiplayer only, with mtx. Don't do it, even if they offer you a money deal, if they are that big they don't need your opinion, they need an addiction specialist.

Some people I've had the pleasure of knowing do get review copies of games but sometimes the effort by at least my level some don't even take the time to write a review of the games. They get the keys and play them a few times and share their opinion with close friends or stream it a few times and some never get a day back in the light to play again some do and some don't. They know how I feel about it and vice versa.
