Ai Limit is what you get when you mash elden ring and stellar blade together and coat it in a fresh anime paint job. It's really good so far.

Alpha tested this game and I'm mad that I didn't get any kind of special in game reward or compensation for doing so. Yeah, I alpha tested because I'm a kodaka fan and just wanted to check out the game, but come on you couldn't have at least gave me a profile background or something.

The game is great for a gatcha. All that classic kodaka goodness is here with a new and fun action rpg battle system and a beautiful pixel art world. The characters are what you expect for a post danganronpa game and all have interesting designs and personalities. There are even a few I feel like are meant to be fanservice Easter egg tribute characters for danganronpa fans.

Good game

My only problem is the damn gatcha system. The rates aren't horrible, but not great. The prices as usual are horrendous. It's a f2p game, I'm willing to support devs by dropping some cash in. But around 20$ for a 10 pull is just as crazy as every other gatcha. I wish these games would drop that to like 5 bucks instead of relying on whales. I feel like in the long run regular players like me would be more willing to put money in your f2p game if it was priced less than a chili's date with my wife with drinks only to get noting out of your digital slot machine.

To be fair, I bought the battle pass and have grinded everything else I want on a base level for free, but I really like tsukuro and gatcha rules dictate that a single pull won't be enough for her to be good to play in the long run.

Lower your prices and I might pay more. All mobile and gatcha games want more money for nothing and it's a fundamental problem that hurts an otherwise awesome game

This is genuinely one of my favorite games of all time. One of the only two games that made buying a ps5 worth while. Rise of the ronin is a low key masterpiece and one of the most slept on games ever made. It's HARD but still feels fair, and the combat (especially the parry mechanic) is incredibly satisfying. Idk why everyone hates on the graphics, yeah they aren't photo realistic but they look pretty great.

When it comes to performance, I think there is one thing a loooot of people are overlooking, especially pre-built owners that don't know the minute specs of your hardware...

LOOK AT YOUR SSD SPEEDS. PERFORMANCE IS NOT ALWAYS BASED ON YOUR CPU/GPU.
this game was optimized for the ps5 with direct storage. So the game is optimized to run with an ssd around the speed of a ps5. Anyone running on a sub 7000 r/w speed ssd is probably the same people encountering stutters. I have a desktop and a laptop, both with fast ssds and I have no stutter. I'm playing on my laptop rn at 1080p 100fps on a 3060 mobile with no stutter (using dlss to be fair). If you read the system requirements it says to expect lower performance on slower ssds, and the game wont even run properly on a hard drive. I have been telling people spend the extra money on high speeds ssds ever since direct storage was a thing, and that is the first thing system integrators and casual pc builders overlook.

Rise of the ronin is one of the best action games I have ever played, and the experience from beginning to end Is satisfying and fulfilling. Don't let the bad reviews fool you, it's all based on performance and I guarantee 90% of that is people with slower ssds and they don't even know it.

I thought miSide was going to be doki doki literature club for a new generation, but tbh it was a lot more than that. This game surprised me for how different it was from my expectations. It's one of those games that keeps changing what kind of game it is. There's a lot of fun (and a couple frustrating) mini games and the main game play loop stays fresh from beginning to end. I reccomend this game for people that like the cute/creepy aesthetic and want a interesting tight sub 10 hour experience. Might be a better value on sale, but I do not regret paying full price and the dev still has a full game mode planned for a future update. Good game. Def would play again and I'm going to keep an eye out for this devs future endeavors.

Cappie is my best friend.

After the last spin off game, I (and many others) BEGGED for a majima game. SEGA delivered. A majima game fused with a pirate game, and the formula mixes like peanut butter and chocolate, macaroni and cheese, caviar and champagne. This game is so good. The combat styles are series best, super fun and dynamic and the mad dog style feels like you are playing his boss fights from other games. Fighting is so good that i had FUN just running around and grinding bounties for cash. The environments cool too, you arent just returning to honolulu, but the game has its own exclusive locales, and madlantis is a really cool place. the ship battles are incredible and addictive. i literally couldnt put the game down at that point. i dare say this is a quadruple a game, because this pirate combat gaps skull and bones. its fast paced, snappy and adrenaline pumping arcade pirate action and im here for it. Sega has an incredible ability to bake minigames into yakuza games that are so good i would play a whole stand alone game based on them and this game is chock full of em. Cooking and dragon kart are back, bang bang baseball is an all new knock out just to name a couple. Sega needs to make a mario party style multiplayer mini game compilation, right now. I also love the game preservation sega is doing with these games. the first thing i always do is go straight to the arcade and see what new arcade ports they bake right in to the game. classics like vf3, fighting vipers 2 and spikeout are present in this game, but then you get a whole outlier like the on rails shooter the ocean hunter, of wich i have never heard of and probably wouldnt have without it being in this game. please add house of the dead next.

Tldr this game is one of the best in the series. sega knows what they are doing and they are pumping out insane quality releases in no time at all. keep making these great games and i will keep playing them. They hint at a sequel to this and i am 1000% on board, but maybe make a Akiyama spin off game first. its been awhile since we got to see him.

thanks sega. love u

If you liked the citadel you will love beyond citadel. It's a little bit easier, but everything you loved from the previous game is here and there's a whole lot more to love. The story gets a little weird at times, but the lore is interesting and the vibes and atmosphere firing on all cylinders. The new guns are awesome, and the new pilotable mechs and weapons are crazy fun. But by far the best upgrade Over thr citadel is the movement and jumping. The speed upgrades, air dashes, double/ super jump, and the wall running feels incredible. I haven't had this much fun moving around in a shooter game since quake. If you want an incredible boomer shooter look no further, beyond citadel is peak gaming. It dosent get much better or more satisfying than this.
