You also recommended Cyberpunk 2077 and gave is a 9/10. You got screwed over by a big company and simp for it.

Valve is the big company you're referring to, Steam is a platform and Service like Ubisoft's store and terrible platform. One can be and is superior to the other. I've also had nothing but good interaction with Valve support but anecdotal evidence means nothing. Anti-consumerism is a definite problem with companies like EA, Ubisoft, Nintendo, etc. Valve is extremely low on that list.

Both like taking your money
Both like screwing you over

Try communicating with Steam "support" and you'll know exactly what I mean.
