Todd Howard: "Uh, We did and it's running great, its a next generation PC game; we really do push the technology so you may need to upgrade your PC for this game."

As Phil Spencer Laughs at the question during said interview.

It runs fine if you have the hardware capable for it. Video here of it running in 2K Ultrawide at over 60FPS on max settings no FSR or DLSS mod.
