if you ever bad mouth this game prepare for the holy alliance to evaporate your existence. I can respect this game for the time it was made but holy hell it has aged for better or worse is the players decision, in my case this game does well for majority of the time but there is a few bad apples in this game... like Ashley, other Resident Evil fanatics will tell you she's fine as a drag along h̶o̶s̶t̶a̶g̶e̶ companion but she isn't she gets stuck in between enemies which make it a fun time to try and rescue her. Leon is his usual wisecracking self & has a little yet no character development during this game only if you can count meeting his on and off again waifu Ada or his determination to rescue the presidents daughter (Ashley)... all in all this game is worth the time if you want a taste of classic gaming

there is definitely a drop from 7's horror value, but 8 ups the action but not over the top like previous RE entries *cough* 5 & 6 *cough*... Ethan continues to lose limbs and getting repeatedly tortured for the sake of this time finding his daughter Rose... with Lady Dimitrescu, Karl Heisenberg, Salvatore Moreau & Angie + Donna Beneviento. We see a familiar face with series veteran Chris Redfield returning to clean up umbrellas mistakes, was a *chefs kiss* having him pop in at random times throughout the story and see how much the events of these games have taken a toll on him. Environments in this game are beautiful to say the least with the village being a perfect introduction into this wild ride & Castle Dimitrescu being spooky asf especially with not only Lady Dimitrescu but the triplet daughters aswell chasing you around the castle. Other areas in the game are interesting too, you can get lost in looking around each area in the game. Would recommend for people new to the series cause it has minor callbacks to other entries of RE or just any horror/action genre fan

this game feels like the true first entry to set up the story rich saga that is Yakuza, with fantastic mini games and sub stories that have in depth arcs and engage the main characters. The main story is nothing short of a tear jerking Japanese drama with greatly animated cut scenes that feel seamless with the in game graphics, you'll find yourself lost in Japan but in the 80's so get ready for discos and arcade games that succeed in feeling that its a time long passed. dialogue is perfect with tear inducing lines such as "-The ♥♥♥♥ is THAT?!? Dude is like a lust machine!" you will not regret this purchase

Death Stranding is overlooked for the wrong reasons, this game needs more love. You'll find yourself lost in a beautiful world, spending hours delivering and repairing the broken world and the deliveries can get tiring but if your solely focusing on the main story it features some of the best mechanics for current games, from extraordinary performances from all the actors to the soothing sounds of the soundtrack (one of the best I have heard in gaming). I have tremendous respect for Kojima and his team, they really created something different in a gaming whole that (at the time of release) hadn't experienced a triple A title so bare boned. The story from face value is very simple but also so complex if you pay attention. the games ending leaves you in awe and with Norman Reedus' tremendous performance it truly deserves more praise. A very ambitious title to say the least

painstakingly pressed the F key in the last boss fight of the game, this single-handedly made me want to commit the biggest genocide known to mankind. Thank you Capcom for probably the worst Resident Evil game

To be a prequel in an already overstuffed series of games was a brave decision on Kojima's part, but to me it payed off tremendously as this game is extremely fun to play (thought a little tedious at times). After playing Ground Zeroes I could hardly wait to see the next chapter of this epic saga, this game truly is a swan song for the series and it's a satisfying conclusion to MGS as a whole

great game to play with a friend, i don't even regret this purchase because of the amount of fun my friend and myself had. Like a Korean drama this game pulled punches out of nowhere and it made me cry with laughter
