Bugsy enjoys working without supervision and always continues to carry out duties effectively. But also knows when a supervisor’s advice or authority is required, and seeks help at the appropriate time. Uncertain of capabilities and needing frequent reassurance. Or over-confident and sometimes overbearing. Not especially neat and tidy, but adequate for the job. They will always willingly and successfully try to do what is required, even if it means performing tasks that are not in the job description or if required to do extra work unexpectedly.
