This review has been edited. I'll leave the older one down below.
Crytek has fixed a lot of the issues that were plaguing the game. Although not entirely polished, it's going through a well paved road.
Meta has been really disrupted with changes introduced to ammo obtaining, pushing more varied loadouts with special ammo and avoid ammo pool sharing, buffs and nerfs have impacted the necessary weapons. Not perfect yet but it's almost there.

Events more focused on just playing like always, getting more points through weekly challenges rather than doing egg hunts.
Server still going through issues but not heavy like before.

Ammo disappearance and missing reload are gone. There has been a rebalance to Blood Bonds income to encourage more spending real money so the devs can keep developing the game while at the same time removing and revamping systems that used Blood Bonds unnecessarily. I understand the change and I'll leave it to that. Really nice that I'm not feeling forced to extract a bounty each day just to keep the streak going.
New boss here, new implements to the engine coming with a Cryengine update, hopefully improving performance and programming for the devs.

If you have friends who already play it or are looking for a shooter revolving around a specific aesthetic, pick Hunt. Better in a discount if you have doubts

Can't even reload my shooty shooty

Jokes aside, the unique atmosphere, the time period making the use of repeating, single/double action, bolt action weapons and technology made more thoughtful the moment of when and how to shoot, made this game incredible
I'm not a fan of Battle Royale games, yet got captivated by Hunt.

At this day, devs are pushing more fast paced and varied types of tools, consumables and ammo that are removing slowly the slowed pace combat. Allowing the kind of "reactive" shooting, as I like to call it, and I can't find the balance between investing in "meta" loadouts and what I enjoy, because it's not fun getting annihilated by a prototype AK or a semi auto shotgun made a DMR because of slugs.

And no, this isn't about "git gud", playing at MMR5/6 comes to this. It's not fun.
Events. ♥♥♥♥ events. I feel like I'm doing an egg hunt and not enjoying the core gameplay. And the worst part of this is the flood of people, making the server have constant package loss. The last one wasn't even playable for two weeks and I couldn't even reach the last reward because of this (the one that I truly wanted to earn), not even a time extent nor compensating boosters.

Lastly, bugs and current content. As of lately, this is the first game I played with game breaking bugs like ammo disappearing or not getting the full amount on inventory, leading to losing the match. I know game development takes time, sometimes you break something putting new things, but feeling a "we are aware, yet we aren't developing fixes" it's a crap show.
Yes, the maps keep getting fixes for better and fair encounters, and hopefully we'll receive another boss soon.
New set of skins getting released like 3 times per month, because they need money to pay wages and servers, I get it, yet 95% of the hotfixes goes to the shop or dlc models, like fixing a hand.

Please Crytek, we don't wanna beg you to take better care of your product, but some of us aren't even enjoying it now. I would gladly change and rewrite this review if the game improves.
Better spend your bucks on a singleplayer game for the moment

One of the few games I played for a second time. Be aware, if you didn't played this game, this review might spoil the experience for you.
Although not for everyone, it's quite enjoyable through combat and music. Routes A and B acting as a prologue and a slow worldbuilding that reaches it's climax when you think "Well, it's there something more?". Yes, everything goes to ♥♥♥♥. Welcome to Route C. Bring some tissues.
Boy I love crying.

Spent many hours playing with a controller, removing assists after feeling more and more confident in a consistent line. After having the no FFB bug I just refused to keep playing F1
Tried more serious racing sims and now I hate touching this one specifically. Traction, transmission, AI, everything feels wrong. Short shifting after exiting the corner just kills your race, totally the opposite of what should happen. Can't steer more than allowed because of controller handicaps.
It's a shame because I love watching F1 when I was a kid, retook my fanatism now and couldn't find a game where I can compete as a racer in a championship, developing the car, now taking in account the money for my team.
If I can get a wheel MAYBE I'll give it another chance (or see if new iterations have better gameplay) but for now, it's a no-no
I'll stick trying to get better in ACC.

Early Access Review
Valheim my beloved. One of the best indies in a long time.
It's great for exploring, building, doing stuff, hitting ugly enemies and just vibing in the longship with your friends, while you talk about the day.

The game is almost at 1.0, but I'm sure they will keep releasing more and more content. It's one of the games that I'll constantly have installed on my PC.

One of the best free to play in the market, with emphasis in "free".
Obviously, it's not a game for everyone. It's heavily dependent in farming, learning the systems, calculations for damage, even cheesing high level difficulties, as the majority of players would choose in the kind of grinding games.

It's currently, one of those few I keep playing after a decade. I might have a love/hate relationship (depending on the moment), but ♥♥♥♥ yeah I enjoy playing it with friends.
Keeps evolving, listening to it's community, trying to improve and add new things to do. The power creep it's necessary for refreshment, keeping that feel of "Oh, I'm overpowered".

The development team went through an evolution. The previous department leaders and veterans transitioned to a new project, leaving Warframe in the hands of more younger, eager and with fresher ideas. Many of these people who ascended are the ones responsible for giving coats of new paint to unused items/Warframes or tedious levels.

The balancing keeps getting justified, with transparency and a goal in mind. I get that lots of people enjoyed playing Wukong, exploding enemies without the need of aiming and the current changes to ammo capacity, ammo pickup, non-crit headshot with aoe, etc. made people angry. But well, it's part of what I said earlier, balance.

In terms of P2W/F2P and those things, it's one of the few games I came across where you can obtain the premium currency through trading with other players and use that currency to buy 80% of the items.
The rest of that it's Tennogen (buying through Steam) and buying supporter packs, Prime accessories and those kind of things

The plans for the future are bright, they took time but they are near. And the lore is exploding now because the term of eternalism is present in the story. EVERYTHING IS WHACKING ITSELF.

But yeah, if you haven't tried this game, cross-play is almost finished. Try getting in with some friends.
