If the game crashed when you click new game, just get "Intel HD graphics Bypass package" from Nexus mods, will fix it even if you don't have an integrated GPU!
The game rocks!

It's a great rework, the engine and graphics "feel" is the same as AOE 3 DE, which is good.
Many weird bugs from the EE where fixed (units not moving, getting stuck...), there is no Chinese DLC units, but they seem to be planing to add them back later. The only thing I don't like is that they've removed treaty game mode, but I hope that will be back also.
Runs smooth on my relatively old PC on mostly high settings @ 1080p (R5 1600, GTX 1070, 16GB RAM).

It's simply bad. they game is way more fun without any additions from this crap. It makes the game crash every couple of turns unless you use the run on one thread only trick which makes the performance of the game worse. The only part of the game that needed improvement was the AI, and this does nothing to make it better.
Buying it if you already have the game is a waste of money, even at a discount!

It's an amazing queue simulator, when it becomes a game, I might leave a positive rating...
