Banger DLC to a banger game. The amount of content the devs have added since 1.0 is staggering. This is easily one of the best roguelikes on the market.

The dev is extremely passionate, and constantly finding new ways to improve and add new content this already great game. For the price, this game is a bargain. On sale? It's an absolute steal.

I've had this game for a while, and it took me a few tries to really start to appreciate it. To be honest, the art style, the voice acting, the setting, the spell-combo system... it all really threw me off at first. After 1.0 release I finally forced myself to give this game a proper try, and after a few hours, I'm glad I did.

Once I started to properly understand the spell system and started unlocking new features and upgrade paths, the game really clicked for me. The combat is smooth, the bosses are extremely well done, and the progression is near endless. If you enjoy fast paced combat focused roguelikes like Dead Cells, you owe it to yourself to give this one a try.

Ignore all the recent negative reviews - they are almost entirely from launch server issues that were resolved inside of 3 days. This game has incredible build variety, amazing combat feel, and A+++ itemization. Easily one of the best ARPGs on the market, and it isn't even close.

I will be playing this one for years to come.

Top notch game that is heavily inspired by Dead Cells, but with enough mix ups to the formula to be a fresh experience. The art style is clean, the progression feels good, and the boss fights are excellent. If this receives the same level of post-launch support that Dead Cells did, it will easily become one of the all time greats.

lead dev is a smug, narcissistic prick in his discord. doesn't listen to feedback, constant rookie dev mistakes. do not recommend.

it's alright

If you like tower defense games at all, you owe it to yourself to give this game a try. This is probably one of the best designed tower defense games ever made, and is fun from start to finish.
