It's a good game with a lot of effort put into it, the graphics look great, audio, levels, etc, guns are portrayed well, etc.

But something I would do is to change up the voice actors, the voice lines of the SWAT officers are pretty poor in the base game, which has some people downloading a voice pack that changes the original, to SWAT 4's voice actors.

Also, I don't think that the modern setting works very well with Ready or Not. You're practically LARPing as SF operators in Ready or Not, as compared to the moment where SWAT teams were just getting 'modernized', about 14 years ago. If I directed RoN's development, I'd have it set in the late 2000's to the very early 2010's, so that it feels a bit more immersive and raw.

adding to that, the way that mods work is very frustrating for people who want to play with their friends. If you have mods installed and join a friend's server, you literally can not join it, even when the friend hosting the server doesn't have any mods installed. So the only practical way is to unsubscribe to your mods and install them again later. Something I'd do is have a mod manager system like Garry's Mod, which is very convenient.

I must say Arma 3: Contact greatly represents the feeling of military tension between 2 forces. When I was going through my first playthrough, I had a "♥♥♥♥ is about to go down" feeling through the first portion of the game.

This is more of a "your on your own" situation, going around the map and completing tasks to find out more about the extraterrestrial forces that have visited Livonia. You'll get new gear, weapons, and vehicles, with unique features made just for this DLC. It isn't any gimmick either that you'll use once in a mission.
