Early Access Review
I remember even back in 2001-2002 that this game was pay to play, you'd just buy a boxed copy in store and then play this game and then with yourself when you got home. Then after your first month of standard or premium or whatever you'd be soft down there because you'd have to do more chores for your parents to rack up an extra $15 to pay for another month of this game. The base game with the one month membership in the box was around $40.

You'd think it would be totally free (or at a fixed price), but no, the devs haven't changed the pricing system 16 years later and it really pisses me off, because the only people who really play this game nowadays are retired USN veterans and Russian kids who still have Windows XP SP1. Like why do I need to pay $15? It's not exactly a cinematic gaming experience in 2018; it's becoming fossilized and I merely just want to play it for nostalgic/old replayability value.

Still giving this game a thumbs up just because it's pretty damn good, even though it costs $5 more each month than my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gym membership.

This game is an ancient DOS-era RTS where you basically have to dominate the whole world, and you can do so through production of power. You fight people using your army and you can gain allies through diplomacy and positive foreign affairs. You can also do a one on one through a modem of some sort, I'm not sure if any newer ones will do the job but an old serial modem sure will. Good luck finding an RS-232 port on your post-2003 computer.

It reminds me a lot of Shadow President, however this game is 2 years older. TBH Shadow President is better, but this game isn't bad and I get the same feel when I play this game as I would in Shadow President.

Buy.

I used to find this game to be pretty boring until I realized that you can change the time values. At that point it was pretty fun after that, controlling a whole fleet and shooting down all the nerds in their crappier submarines/battleships/cargo ships with a barrage of torpedoes.

All in a CGA DOS game from 1985.

Truly amazing and worth your time.

For some reason I've put a lot more time on this game than the other Falcon games.

It's your basic F-16 flight simulator, but there's something about this game which makes it pretty cool, or maybe it's the fact that I've had a boxed copy since childhood and haven't been able to play it for almost 20 years, due to me not having a 486 computer to play it on, as the one I used to have (for a year) got junked back in '02. Even though all the other Falcon games are like this one, this 16 bit gem is something I can always come back to.

Either way, very good game. You could also adjust the color scale to make your eyes not bleed out into oblivion. Also if you don't like HGC or CGA, try to emulate the Atari ST version if you really like this game and want to play it in all its' glory, it's a lot more colorful and stuff.

And I'm absolutely LMAOing at the recommended specs that are shown for this game. I don't think this game would've even sold back in '87 if those were the bare minimums.

I haven't got this game to work when I updated to Windows XP SP3, so I'll just base it off my past experiences.

It's an isometric, birds eye kill 'em up. You have to go through several levels killing cops and civilians. It's pretty fun, and I've beat it and replayed it many, many times. I'm even surprised there isn't a modding community for this game.

Also check out POSTAL Redux, it's pretty good, but if you're a game purist then this is your go-to.

Very good and very controversial game, which made it better for me because I like feeling like a rebel.

I love that garbage, undeserved, Metacritic score of a 60 that's slapped right on the front of this hilarious game. Some people are simply just salty.

Very fun to play when you're just bored. Plus, it can run on anything.

Definitely one of the better arcade (ARCADE) racing games out there on Steam, and that also applies to 1995 rules, too. It's damn fun and I can play it on end for several days, even though it's the same 5 tracks. The only thing is that there's no car customization, but what do you expect from 1995?

It also reminds me a lot of Daytona USA/USA Deluxe. Pick up that and Screamer, they both are really fun.
