Le ricerche scientifiche hanno dimostrato che varie persone che giocano a Factorio, sono particolarmente vulnerabili a sviluppare dipendenza patologica. Tutti i giochi gestionali possono essere molto attrattivi fino a far sviluppare una dipendenza patologica, che è una vera e propria malattia. Essa si manifesta principalmente con sessioni di gioco ripetute e prolungate che a volte possono raggiungere le 10 ore consecutive. Questo comportamento può provocare rischi per la salute della persona e perdita di anni di vita. Consiglio.
