- WTF do you use that rig for?

> I work daily in Blender and do a lot of rendering, so it's good to have a beefy powerhouse to throw out complex renders and animations. I also do video editing, and graphic design with Davinci Resolve and Photoshop.
Obviously, I can't leave out the fact that I'm a GAMER, and a big VR enthusiast at that. Gotta need power for that too!

- Is the VR Treadmill worth it?

In all seriousness, it is awesome. It's amazing physically having to run around games and it really puts into perspective the size of the world you are in. Movement is typically a push of a joystick away in normal VR, but when you take those flicks out of the equation, you're left with the daunting task of wearing yourself out to get from point A to point B.
In my opinion, VR treadmill technology isn't there yet. Give it a few years and check back on what other people are saying.
If you're a crazy VR enthusiast like me though, go for it! The C2+ has a haptic motor built in the base plate as well as a flip down seat, so you can literally feel your spaceship shake around you as you take off in No Man's Sky.
In short, it's plain awesome, just not quite there yet.
