Forced, unskippable Battlepass ad when opening the game. Are you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ serious? Fix the ♥♥♥♥ netcode and weapon balance before even trying to pull this kind of ♥♥♥♥.

Midloop. 6.5/10 at best. Really only worth it at <20 bucks.

1 year after launch, and still seems to be buggy. I was forced to Alt+F4 twice because of the menus not closing.

The premise and marketing material makes you think this is gonna be open and somewhat like a roguelike, but don't be fooled: this is a linear game. I unironically think the first Dishonored was less linear than this game.

This is fun as ♥♥♥♥. The molotov is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cancer, tho.

Not a good Ridge Racer game. Not a good destruction racing game. Not a good racing game.

Gameplay itself isn't that good, but it isn't terrible, either. Definitely manageable compared to something like the Horizon games. I was expecting the movement to be clunky like most AA-and-lower cover shooters from the time, but it was actually ok. Only real major complaint is the accuracy (or lack therefore) of guns (they act like Counter-Strike guns, but without the first-shot-accuracy), which doesn't really fit with this game's maps and flow.

Story is forgettable, but still somewhat interesting. The tone is very dark and, in my opinion, they did well with it (specially when you pay attention to the little details).

Music was a standout. Instead of getting something like "Tears" by Health (from the Max Payne 3 soundtrack), "action songs" so to speak, you get a lot of dark, industrial ambient music that helps pass the stories tone that "♥♥♥♥ is ♥♥♥♥♥♥."

It was 2 and a half hours well spent.

Lost 3 hours worth of progress for forgetting this level-based game doesn't do auto saves.

Best game ever made since SWAT 4 and before Cruelty Squad
