This game reminds me so much of Terraria and doesn't just feel like some cheap rip off. It feels unique and deserves to be played! I've been enjoying myself very much so far and will continue to play with my friends! :)

If you are having issues in-game try using the Hand Mortar! Most problems can be solved with it... ;)

Great game! It's like a combination of Animal Crossing and Deadcells.

Having only played Monster Hunter World, and Monster Hunter Rise... Rise brings tons of quality of life changes to the formula that Monster Hunter World started. It first starts off by getting rid of a lot of the annoying tedious features that World had.

The game gives you a doggo to play with and he can be used in a similar fashion to the Palico. He has a weapon which you can switchout and you can buy them armor/change their fashion and use them to as a transport option to get to your fights faster! It's a great change and makes the game feel a bit faster. No more guessing/tracking monsters. The tracking feature was removed in Rise and this a wonderful change in my opinion.

Rise brings new movesets that make the game worth playing just for that reason. The combat feels a bit more evolved yet familiar to what people are use to. They buffed a lot of weapons/added tons of opinions to use our favorite weapons!

Just remember this game was ported over from the Switch to PC. You can tell they weren't focused on bringing a huge game to PC like it was for World but honestly it runs great and once you get in game and get into a hunt, you won't even notice resolutions/textures.

tl;dr: If you like hitting big monsters and liked World this game brings wonderful/fun changes that make the experience worth playing! Expansion comes to Switch and PC!

The community seems friendly and you can play Solo, Duo, and even Squads! So give the game a try and good luck and get that chicken dinner!

If you ever liked the MegaMan Battle Network series. You'll love this game. Has very fast paced action with a ton of heroes and options for builds.

A MUST have if you're a fan of the series.
