I have probably played through Half-Life 2 at least 10 times in it's entirety since its release, along with a host of other partial playthroughs. It is that good. The first time I played it, I was engaged and awestruck from start to finish. And while I don't get the same feeling playing it now, the mechanics, story telling, characters and levels are so good that I never tire it. About every 6 months, I'll get an itch to play it on a weekend, and it's rewarding every single time.

NOW RELEASE HALF LIFE 3 or EPISODE 3 ALREADY VALVE. SHEEEESH.
