I first learned how to properly butter toast in the basement of a Denny’s in Toledo back in ‘74. The cook, Big Randy, told me if I left a dry corner, he’d revoke my right to breakfast. I made a steering shaft rubber donut that way. Desperate times, I was a broke (paying my own way by doing construction work) engineering student at Texas A&M. My donut broke while making a left turn in a small west Texas town in 1982. Truck went right through this very nice (after cooling down) little old lady's white picket fence, through her flowers, skidded all 4 tires across the lawn and came to a stop inches from the porch in the flower beds. I spent many evenings and weekends repairing the damage for her. She made an incredible Pecan pie. I stretched that job, and not just for the vittles. There was also her 2 grandaughters that were my age. Real Texas debutantes.

Barb and I would like to have a word. Its been almost 30 years since the christmas party incident and it seems that you refuse to let it go. after the remarks you made to susan on tuesday it seems you are now ramping things up in years to come. pardon my french but the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ needs to stop. I am nowat my wits end with having to console barb so often. The dumplings were fine, good even. If you dont like something dont eat it. I get you may be more troubled since margies passing but taking it out on others will not be tolerated. The kids are noticing how you act and picking up on some of the wise cracks.
