I tried to out luft the rauser once. Big mistake.

✖ Built on the Xbox version
✖ Some areas still look worse than the original
✖ Still extremely single-threaded performance
✖ No quicksaves (???)
✖ No multiplayer
✖ No Warhead
✖ HDR does not work
✖ Achievements failed to trigger AND
✖ Saber even managed to screw up menu colors somehow

HOWEVER

✓ VTOL level no longer runs at 15 FPS

So unfortunately that's gonna be an instant 10/10, based™ remaster.

Actually had a blast replaying this, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Definitely check out the Improvement Project tho... It fixes tons of bugs, missing audio, particles, geometry, NPCs and a bunch of other stuff.

This is very normal.

Pretty much Call of Duty 2 with better pacing and silly running animations. So basically 9/10 I guess.

...Do expect some mandatory config file tweaking tho: game doesn't support widescreen resolutions by default and the standard FOV is not great.

Finally, you might also wanna unbind F12 in game, since it screenshots both in Steam and in the engine itself. CoD usually doesn't know what to do with that information so it just dies right there on the spot. Fascinating, really.

Ok so basically a watered down Prince of Persia with DMC style combat plus am monkey. Try it out, it's pretty fun.

Haven't really played a racing game since like 2014, but hey, this one is pretty fun! Lots of customization options and only mild cringe. If you like shredding street lamps like it's paper, this one is for you.

A heads up tho: the game runs like absolute ass. It is extremely CPU bound, while simultaneously only using like 40% of your GPU. The high CPU load fix[www.pcgamingwiki.com] is pretty much mandatory to play this above 60 FPS.

For reference, I have a pretty beefy GPU with a mid-tier CPU and I can only get like ~70 FPS on this thing in QHD High settings. Just further evidence that the Frostbite engine is a sin against humanity.

Also: after getting a feel for the game, I strongly recommend the UNITE Heat Mod[www.nexusmods.com]. It makes the game look, feel and play better. Drifting in particular is just on a whole other level.
