I bought this game because of Internet Historian's story on it. Love it, so much to do that I haven't even played the storyline. Recommended for people who love space exploration, base building, sandbox ♥♥♥♥, aliens and learning words to understand them, there's not a single aspect that I do not love about this game. I did encounter a bug where the NPC was sunk into the ground tho, that was funny.

Perfect for those stuck in idol hell (I'm looking at you Love Live). \o/
If you like management games with a hint of storytelling (cause mostly your time is dedicated on management) then you'd probably enjoy it. As with most management games, there will be a time where things will get stagnant/repetitive, but the storyline milestone is enough to keep you encouraged since it will take you a while to get to.

I just finished my second run with the game and now starting on my third. Would I recommend? Yes, if you are willing to play repetitive management for the story/wooing. The writing is fun, the characters are obvious tropes, it's light-hearted and doesn't take itself too seriously. It's good enough that I'm willing to suffer through how slow the game gets after a while - as in, the management part becomes a chore - for the story (and the art and dating sim. I'm a sucker for dating sims). All in all, if you like something like HuniePop, get it. Otherwise, you may be (slightly) disappointed.

Took me about 60+ hours to finish the main story + (almost all) side stories (within a week!). It's only my second Tales game, but I love every second of it. The characters are very well written, voiced beautifully, touching message, and most importantly - (almost always) realistic reactions. The whole game felt alive, it's so great and I have no words to describe how much I loved playing it.

The music is very well composed too - they really enhanced the emotions of the scene. Overall, I friggin highly recommend the game. It's well worth your money, well worth your time. The story wasn't as stabby-to-your-heart as Abyss, but it was equally bittersweet. Actually wait, I'd say they're on the same level of stabby, I cried multiple times on both games so.

Plus, the anti-frustrations mechanic is abundant in this game - from faster walking, travel potions, quick saves, and some other mechanics I can't really remember right now, well this game tries hard to make your gameplay as hassle-free as possible. The only weird thing is how much incest-y subtones there are in this game.

Overall, great game. Would definitely play again.

Favourite insult: your hamster is a hamster, you silly!

Highest attack insult: your wife never watched star wars and still uses windows vista!
That was actually a tangible and a good insult though.

This game taught me more about STDs than anyone IRL.

I also now tell my friends to not ask questions about my choice of games.

I'm speechless. This, what an incredible journey. I've never played TLJ or DtLJ so I didn't understand a single past-game references. But because of this game, I'm going to, and then, I'm going to replay this. Don't worry though, the story's still understandable even if you haven't played the previous games.

Personally, I loved the characters. Each and every one of them, I got attached to them just as much as I got attached to Clementine (although not as attached as I was to Lee, which, fun fact: did the voice for Likho). The two vastly differing worlds (one with magic, and one without) are amazing. The characters are great. Unfortunately, this is the end for the series. I'll keep the story alive in my heart, but for now, goodnight sweet prince.

You really get into the mind of a 18-yo girl. The soundtrack is the most amazing I've ever heard though.
