It's quite fun

Unfortunately after testing out with a 100k city, the game does not run on the following hardware:
i5-12400, RTX3060 (12GB), 32GB RAM. I have tried it on low settings, unfortunately I'm getting around 20 frames, which is unplayable. Lowering the quality further is pointless because it is blurry enough.

Honestly a 3060 should be enough for this, but clearly you need at least a 3080 or above, which is unacceptable.

It adds helicopters as an option, worths the price. Delivers what is promised.

I don't really understand why the game is very positive rated. That tricked me for a while too, I kept playing but the main and core issues just became larger and more annoying.
First of first, the game does not look as good as it is in the store pictures. The shaders, the graphics way worse in game. And for a while playing the game, I had that constant reminder regarding the graphics, it is really familiar. But couldn't figure it out what was familiar to, til it kicked in: Postal 2. The game pretty much looks like Postal 2, but the initial release of Postal 2 was 10 years before this. Also this game is in early access for like 10 years now. And genuinely seems like it won't be finished.
But it's not just the graphics, that is just one element that is easy to spot. Basic core functions are bad:
- The game has performance and rendering issues. Textures disappear, reappear etc. My assumption is due to this block building system, the game chugs up a lot of hardware power. Which leads to lagging on a 3060 and i5-12400; and keep that in mind its a 10 year old game.
- The AI is pretty much potato level. If you jump to a rock, or use a trench you realise the AI is really dumb, can't even jump. Pathing is really linear, they just always use the closest pathing to you. Which at first shouldn't seem as a problem, but since you are preparing for horde nights, makes the horde nights really boring. Since it is really easy to cheese that day.
- Weapons are broken, and non working. Hell even iron sights do not work. You try to use iron sights, and you realise it was made by someone who never even shot a gun, or has no clue of how sights work on a weapon. Iron sights are not aligned.

The fact that this is still early access after 10 years of steam release, should be a major alarming factor of the problems.
