Good, nice

I played this game on console when it originally came out so ignore my playtime.

4/10 plot. Terrible ending to the story that leaves you wanting more because (gameplay spoiler, not story spoiler)there is no boss to fight at the end, despite the buildup making it feel like there is. Wanting more is sometimes good, but RAGE doesn't execute it very well. The abrupt ending of the story used to be my biggest annoyance with the game, but with RAGE 2 coming I guess it's okay now.
8/10 gunplay and weapon choice.
9/10 Car customization is really fun and very mad max-like with a 6/10 racing gamemode.
3/10 Map design sucks, very corridor based. World feels very empty, especially in the ruined city.
5/10 questing system sometimes feels like the questgivers have no personality.
6/10 graphics are acceptable, especially given the game's age.

Overall? 7.2/10.

The largest con for this game is that it tries to be many things at once, and so it fails to be any of them. I would say this game is worth paying up to $20 for, so it's totally worth it now, especially on sale for $3. A steal.

would be a good game if it didnt crash every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ room

Good game, as long as you don't care about global scoreboards for the survival gamemodes.

They have been blatantly overtaken by people hacking in fake high scores, and the top is no longer obtainable by a normal human. (The current top score would require several days of total in-match time)

Perpetually ran at 3fps for me and my 4 other friends, we all refunded.

My review is neutral because I still believe the game is good, but for us it was just unplayable.

With how good the actual game graphics are, I'm surprised all the UI elements look like they were made in 2000. The voice acting is HORRENDOUS, but you can at least mute all voiced dialogue. Apparently, the devs also threatened journalists to keep positive reviews of the game.

I will be refunding this game, your money will be better spent on Killing Floor.

荒廃した世界でサバイバルしていくゲーム。
現在30人までキャラクター操作可能。
キャラは酒場で3,000capから雇える。
時々無料で仲間になってくれる人もいるのでお金がなくても安心。
初期は街の人が倒してくれた犬の皮を剥いで売ったり、
鉄を採掘して売ったりしてコツコツお金を貯める。
仲間が増えてくるといよいよ拠点づくりを始めよう！
拠点には城壁、門、家、井戸、石切り場、畑、鍛冶場等、色々な施設を作ることができる。
また、キャラクターに仕事を割り振る事が出来、自動で働かせることも出来るので便利。
採掘した鉄を精錬して武器を作ったり、皮をなめして防具を作ったりもできる。
鍛冶スキルが低いうちは弱い武器しか作れないが、たくさん作ってスキルが上がれば
状態の良い（強い）武器が作れるようになる。
農場で牛と牛専用バックパック（大容量で便利！）を買えば交易もはかどる！
技術ツリーを開放するのに必要なアイテムには「本」と「古代の本」等があり、
より高度な技術開発に必要な「古代の本」はレアなので、遠くまで旅したり、
古代遺跡をあさって手に入れる必要があるらしく、
拠点作りが安定してからもやることがあっていい感じ。
初期キャラ作りでの注意としては、種族「スケルトン」を選ぶと、一部の勢力からは
見つけ次第攻撃されてしまう（その場合も人間を仲間にして人間だけで近付けば攻撃されないので、
ロールプレイのためにスケルトンを選びたい人でも大丈夫。スケルトンは治療コスト
が高いので初期につらいという欠点もあるが……）。
マップは十分広く、バリエーションに富んでいる（砂漠、平原、山岳地帯、古代遺跡群等）。
しかも現在行くことのできる地域の数倍の広さの未開放地域があるので、将来的にはかなり広いものになるだろう。
現状でもかなり面白いので、おすすめです！
