Legal entities found in breach of this Intellectual property as outlined above may be subjected to civil action for e.g. Trademark infringement, Infringement of trade secrets, Patent infringement, Imitation of branded goods, Use of counterfeit products, so on and so forth, filed to relevant national authority.
