Ingredients:
For the Dough:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup warm water
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
For the Filling:
1 pound ground meat (beef or lamb)
2 large potatoes, diced
1 onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
Make the Dough:
Combine flour and salt.
Add warm water and melted butter.
Knead into a smooth dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Prepare the Filling:
Sauté onions, add ground meat, and brown.
Add diced potatoes, cook until tender.
Season with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool.
Assemble:
Roll the dough into circles.
Place filling in the center, fold into a triangle, and seal the edges.
Bake:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve:
Cool slightly and serve with sour cream or yogurt.
