I physically cannot start the game, it crashes every minute after I play it.
I have verified the files, and for the longest time I couldn't even get past the user-configuration screen.
Before you go assuming it's my specs I have pretty high-end hardware. (13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900k, 32GBs RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090)
This has to be the worst launch with the most delusional discussion board on it.

yeah i found out it was a dll file that had a memory leak, i just replaced it with the old one and it works now. still unbelievable how bad the launch was

Well, its definitely not your rig. My 6 year old graphics card managed to hit around 50 fps on low-medium settings, which honestly amazed me. Naughty Dog just picked the worst company possible to port the game to PC. I don't know why my much worse computer managed to get me through the whole campaign and you can't even make it past the menu. Maybe try updating your drivers? Good luck.
