Me and Ed10 were once backpacking in southern China, in the mountainous Yunnan province. The mountainous forests proved to be tricky to navigate and we ended up getting lost deep in the forest. There we met a nice old man named 张伟赵(Zhang Wei Zhao), who happened to be a master of some martial arts foreign to us. We hadn't eaten for days at that point which had made us dizzy and lacking in critical thinking. Ed10, not in the best state of mind, got startled by the old man’s long white beard, thinking it was a polar bear. Ed10 launched himself at the feeble man, but unbeknownst to him, the man shouted "BANKAI" and in a split-second, Ed10 was laying on the ground unconscious.

Some time had passed since this incident, 张伟赵 fed us and gave us shelter in his dojo. After gaining our senses back we realized it was impossible to find a way out of this forest. The old man saw our worried expressions and uttered the words "我會教你 BANKAI" (I WILL TEACH YOU BANKAI"). Seeing our faces in shock, 张伟赵 yet again yelled "BANKAI" and before we had the chance to react, we were launched 10 feet in the air.

Ed10 and I learned the ways of Bankai for 38 years with 张伟赵 until his time to leave this world behind inevitably came. Today we travel around the provinces of China teaching brave young men the ways of BANKAI in hopes that 张伟赵 sees us from heaven.
