I teach English in middle school in Denmark. A few years back, I taught a fourth grade. During one English lesson, we talked about school and I asked the class what their favourite subject was. A little red haired girl with freckles put her hand up and told the class that her favourite subject was handjob. It took me a few seconds to realise that she meant design class which in Danish is called håndarbejde. A word that can be directly translated to hand and work/job. I had to keep a straight face so the rest of the class wouldn't tease her.
