PROS: The devs know what they want to do with this game and that's make a highly customisable mech game with many possibilities.
The combat is actually smooth and fun, the tuning system also goes well with it.
The art, the character art is actually really good, the characters are well designed despite needing a small fix here or there to the art.
It's possible to build a nice specialised mech or something versatile.

CONS:
If you want a more detailed colour scheme you need to edit each part individually, this goes for weapons too.
Sometimes the combat can be frustrating because of some enemies just being way too tanky when they're simply just a slightly stronger mob.
Like I said, character art could use a bit of fixing up, it's not bad but maybe a small redrawing test to see if the artist/artists have improved enough to warrant an art update is in order.
Unlocking other weapon parts to my knowledge doesn't mean stronger attacks, Axe head A does the same amount as Axe head B, maybe have later weapon parts have some small bonuses, that said weapon handles are what you want to unlock first and foremost.
The tuning system can be frustrating to balance and manage as you will find some nodes just aren't worth it despite being in the tree you're actively sinking into, for example, reactive armor...no i'd want that boost at all times not when im low on health tyvm.

Conclusion: It's still in early access but I've not come across any bugs at all yet, so this slow development time is actually a good thing, I hope to see more of this game and each update will be met with glee, the problems i have are minor and don't discourage me from playing, the only reason i say the tuning system if frustrating is because you don't get a lot to start with which is ok, I dont mind a grindy game but there are a lot of people that hate it, their loss if they skip this game and love stuff like gundam and armored core tbh.

You have to have played the mobile app for a good amount of time to enjoy this to it's fullest, the story is great, the build possibilities are only limited to your willingness to experiment.

The only con is the english voices, the only two english voices that are good are Vox and Garlands, everyone else? Garbage, switch to the Japanese voices for the best story value.

Speaking of the story it's interesting, it's like it holds a standard of Final Fantasy story telling, I love the story as much as I hate it. This Prophecy that's the center of the game? Yeah you're not blindly following it, you might be the warrior of light, you may not be. You're a Blank and all blanks follow the rules but Wol seems confused as hell about them.

This game is linear yes but the point is it's only linear if you just move on like it says, you can go back to any area, get all the optional stuff and never see it again, but that means you went back to clear everything. It's a Mobile mmo the story is only one part of it, FFXIV does the same thing, the charm is in the story and side content.

Combat is simple, can be put on auto yes but you get the most out of it doing it yourself, i only auto because i want the story to progress instead of being halted by my need to preform super cool combos.

Overall, you will love the story...but for the love of god don't play with english voices.

I feel like i need to say this so many times... this is not a MOBA game it's more like a tactical shooter like X-Com but I have to say it is a great game, you need to try and work with your team to ensure your foes go down quickly. That said this game has some flaws, all games do, for starters at the moment the roster is a tad small right now but i'm sure as the game gets updated more freelancers will be added. secondly the game lets you spend about 24 USD to unlock all the freelancers. this sorta makes people who work for their lancers seem a bit...cheap. but the gameplay is fun, now while it isn't a moba the simularities are there, you need to find the freelancer that suits you, there's support, fronline and firepower, or support, tanks and dps (cept it's turn based...). so it's good to experiment with lancers in each role to see what suits you best.

overall, good game, good f2p model with microtransactions that don't really affect you too much (you can get like 40% bonus to xp gain if everyone uses a gg bonus, plus playing with friends gives you 25 % per friend so...get 3 friends and you have 100% boost which is better).

this feels like ratchet and clank, borderlands, x-com and so many other good games smashed faces together so i love it. would make an awesome comic or tv series too. So the universe this takes place in has a soul to it atleast.

also again...still not a moba.

A game where you need to be social with npcs or else you will just be miserable with your time.

Let me explain..

Stardew valley is a game that wants to feel alive and in turn make you feel alive in its world, be you one for running a farm dependant on live stock or a farm that makes the alcohol factories feel ashamed they aren't making their brew in a backyard filled with kegs.

it's simple, it's harvest moons successor until there's another harvest moon game.

Do not play through steam, the linking constantly screws you over and you find yourself rarely able to join games,

I will gladly change this review, spend money on this game and even freaking try to go pro with it IF they fix these issues.

A game that died because people seem to be too lazy to play it. There is no community anymore and there's so much potential just sitting here now...this saddens me, we as players appreciate this game right? So let's show the devs that we do appreciate it!

Despite only 2.7 hours of play time I need to voice my love and hate for this game.

What I love: I can play as any Team RWBY character
Great battle system, managed to make a bit of a fight strategy
Minibosses that feel like minibosses
MULTIPLE YANGS AND RUBY'S AT ONCE
Story seems like it'll be great

What I'm neutral about: Lack of endless horde mode
No sort of substance outside of the levels (weapon unlocks, skins, ect,ect)

What I hate: I can play as any Team RWBY character, I'd love to be able to play as other characters.

I love this game but to me right now it's a game with friends and nothing else really. I want to see this game evolve into something spectacular like...it could basically be Dynasty Warrior for RWBY and have a huge cast of characters.

This game is great, I can say that as may times as I need to. The nostalgia of Final Fantasy, the feeling of panic and urgency of a rogue like. The replayability of this game is great and it makes you strive to be better. While alot of RPGs seem to wave loot infront of you so you die countless times to get it you have to meake descisions carefully here, you only get one shot and one wrong move can cut your chance short.

While the game has the flaw of being repetitive that's part of the point but you never notice unless you've been playing for hours. The world generation is great and you eventually lear stratigies to over come obstacles that appear each playthrough.

This game is a hidden gem on the PC, it doesn't require a beast to run it si it's great.

I reccomend grabing it when it's on sale and grabbing the DLC as soon as you can.

All the complaints seem to be about the character price...this game is only young and they need the money, the one character you get is going to be the one that you will be most used to at the end of the week (I got slayer) and as the game get updated I'm sure the roster will grow, older characters will get cheaper (like they do in LoL) and things will improve. Don't hate the game, hate the fact it's still young. A great 2v2 fighter, you need to think on how you use your character as they will be suited for different rolls. Example, Slayer's a melee character that's good against incarnates. So...I reccomend this game but also reccomend waiting for it to have more updates.

This is a game that while simple is very fun, addicting and a living hell for people wanting to get 100% mainly because there's so much here. There isn't much I can say that's bad about this game, I enjoyed the story, I enjoyed the combat, the characters didn't feel stale. If you can get this game, get it.
