Lots of people complaining about the "Level Scaling" even though it now lets you actually do missions and gigs where ever you want instead of being stuck to an area because a guy has more HP than you so you cant kill these gang members until you get to level 50! and the people saying "My Max level character getting one shot on very hard" just change back to normal if you don't like it being difficult.
Level Scaling is one of the best things they have done for the game so you can actually explore the city instead of being stuck.
(Though They should add a option to toggle level scaling)
