Hot blue alien

If you are a fan of the series, I highly recommend this game. Game play wise, it is amazing. The puzzles are great, with most of them not being too difficult to solve. The combat is more action focused, but still manages to feel like survival horror. The enemies are fast creating even more tension in fights. The bosses are some of the best the series has ever seen. The same can be said about the environments. The environments are beautiful and this is easily one of the best looking games I have ever play. Most of the characters in the game are interesting, with Chris stealing the show. Ethan is still somewhat of a boring character, but is improved upon compared to the last entry in the series. Story wise, this game did not do it for me. As a longtime fan of the series and someone who has played all of the games, it did not satisfy me. I am not looking forward to where the story seems to be going either. As for technical issues, there are occasional frame stutters, but I did not encounter any other bugs. There is also no fov slider which is annoying. With that being said, is still thing this is a great game and entry in the Resident Evil Universe. 8.5/10
