I'll admit that I let my own impatience get the best of me. The game still is a buggy mess, but if you like the show, beat 'em ups and is able to tolerate the many times that this game will give you the middle finger, then you may even end up liking this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing..

Despite some frame stutter that I was able to remedy but not resolve entirely, Komajou Remilia was a very nice surprise as my first ever Touhou game!

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, i'll leave a negative review. Realize your retardation and rectify your nonsense, and I'll now buy your game.

I love this game. From the design of the monsters to the characters; The fast paced gameplay and decent boss battles unlike Re2 Remake(Also there's music again, unlike Re2 remake). Even if they cut some things, others were added and to me, being a short game(which the original was already) is a positive; No padding, no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, no rescue civillians sidequests and whatnot. The only thing i'll really miss is mercenaries mode.

Love it.

It's everything that made Symphony of the Night wonderful but better and with more content.
