Poppy Playtime - Chapter 3

First of all the graphics are amazing but the scares are really scripted and predictable.
Its amazing how you could call out every jumpscare or scare in general before it came.
The lighting in this game sucks as bad as the last games its either pitch black or its impotent.
Also the lighting is misleading as it actively points at random stuff except the important key items or way to progress the game. Some scenes are not really clear from the start like the chase scene with DogDay where its heavily scripted if those pieces of wood break and will only break the second his chase animation starts, along with the chase being confusing to say the least.

The story sucks its predictable and you are just putting batteries into holes and thats 90% of it (even the final boss).
It's redundant you find out in the previous chapter allot that is straight up told in this chapter. CatNap is passively here watching you which should be creepy instead it comes across incompetent he had the chance to kill you twice and just doesnt for some reason, instead hes toying with you like a phone call telling you to gtfo.

So the final boss is one of the worst exp I've had its a really cheap, the AI will never come from the sides always from the front, after he will spam the vent at battery 2, after battery 2 he will start spamming the front 2 ways which you barely have time to switch the hands correctly, since you will shoot at him first to check if hes the real one and then perfect hand switches are required due to how fast he is on the last 2 batteries and how slow the hand change animation are.
The ending which disguises itself as a cutscene is actually a QTE and if you die... the fight starts all over again and the fight btw 4 minutes which will kill after a single mistake.

At the best its going through the motions at worst its actively wasting and ruining my day.
it took almost 2 years to make and they still didnt get it right, actually to be real here the direction is off it clearly didnt know what it wanted to be unlike previous chapters it didnt feel like a tour through facility instead it was once a silent pt clone, into beeing in a school, into a playground,into a prison, and then into a giant portal 2-ish broken down facility (in a cave). It just feels all over the entire exp felt unfocused.

3/10 atleast its not garden of banban
