It has the heart of Banished and looks stunning. Early access limits gameplay but this game has the potential to be something special. I hope the Dev continues in with the development as Manor Lords could be a masterpice of the genre.

Beautiful game, AI is sharp and aggressive, F2 is a joy i never realised how much fun could be had from drifting a F2 car around circuits.

Stunning and beautiful game best played with friends. We were blown away by the scale of what is possible and what is out there. Outstanding in evey way.

Beautiful and fun just needs more content

Had such potential to be a amazing game but developers have to give up like ♥♥♥♥♥♥. Very dissapointed

This game for me is amazing and i realy enjoy it, ive spent many hours with different worlds and testing the game. I like the feel and being able to controll your town in this very good and addicting way. However, due to its lack of updates and very small changes that make not much dfference to the game i have resorted to mods. There are mods which work very well with the game and make it even more interesting, although i would like some of these types of changes and buildings along with new ones in the base game. I do recomend this game due to its characters and would like to see how far the developers go with its great potential.
