Base file?...If you're referring to the actual model file and not just the SFM file or something, then I'm afraid I had nothing to do with that, it was made by a user known as Peixoto21, I don't have a link to an art website for them but I do have a link to their Patreon, I imagine you'll find additional contact information there and discuss a possible arrangement with them.
