Perfect for surgeon to hone their fine motor skill.
11/10 would level up one handed skill.

Let's start with Just Cause 2 and Just Cause 3 comparison.

JC2's controls are a bit wacky to begin with, but acceptable. JC3 however has a mediocre controls set for PC.

Graphically, JC3 is better than JC2, although a bit only. Graphically, it's obviously better than JC2, but only if you have a decent graphic card. I have GTX 960 2GB, and running JC2 on High setting renders the game beautifully, but that only goes so far. I can only enjoy JC3 gameplay on Low to Medium graphic setting.

Wingsuit, another point goes to JC3.

And this is the most important part of the comparison for these two: vehicle handling. While JC2's vehicle handling is not great, most vehicles are easy to handle and maneuver. In JC3, vehicle handling is worst than any open world games I've played. Not surprised, since Avalanche Studios handed the vehicle handling work to Criterion Games's hired staffs. Remember how most Need for Speed fans complained CG has 'killed' the NFS franchise?

I enjoy playing JC2 and expected the same excitement with JC3. However, JC3 fails to live up to my expectation. And probably because my expectation was too high, I rage quitted.

But let's not fret over my negative review just because I only played for a couple of hours; I've explored so much within these few hours by not gawking at its graphic.

And when my frustration with this game is over, I will play it again. Just not anytime soon.

While GTA V is a great spiritual successor to GTA San Andreas, GTA Online is thriving with hackers. Combined with Rockstars support that work like a microwaved french fries (where we do all the work reporting and recording hackers' exploit activities, and the result is still 'soggy') GTA Online isn't fun anymore. Almost every server I logged into, there's always at least a hacker trolling with another honest player.

Until Rockstars decided to permanently revoke those so-called 'legit' players, I wouldn't recommend this game unless you're solely playing single player mode.

While GTA IV and Just Cause 2 were released on the same year (2010), Just Cause 2 has better graphic, and does not lag on GTX 960 running on max setting. Meanwhile, GTA IV lags so much on high setting, and the graphics are so bad it reminds me of 70's TV show.
Only buy it when it's on sale, and if you can stand GFWL's frequent hiccups.

If you find visual novels quite boring, then it's the same case with this game. Boring and quite short. The DLCs are also nothing to shout about. Played Mafia 1 back then and it was way more fun than this.

New elements introduced (e.g: hunting, naval missions) are cool, but failed to overwhelm the dull gameplay. It's just boring, unlike the previous AC games.
"...how the "silent" bow was advertised as "silent" and that when you shoot someone with it "silently" they will die "silently", but in reality it alerts every enemy in a ten mile radius and initiates world war three." (N7, Giant Bomb)
