Even though the game was released in 2009, it still feels impressive in 2026. Each mission comes with its own unique soundtrack, which changes depending on the outcome of events, adding tension and immersion. The graphics might feel outdated, but you hardly notice it, as most of the time you’re focused on completing missions and surviving. For a 2009 game, the visuals hold up well, and the pace and atmosphere keep you on edge until the very end. The plot twists keep you hooked, and some of them are completely unpredictable. Plus, a few of Price’s speeches send shivers down your spine, making the experience even more gripping. Speaking of pacing, not every new release in the gaming industry immerses you in its world the way Modern Warfare 2 does.

Damn I fckn love this game.

I like that. I don't undestand how recoil and damage registration work, and the controls aren't the easiest, but overall it's fine, especially if you got a couple of friends to play with. Not the best, but decent if you want to try something new.

The best advertisement for Soundpad.
Seriously though, it’s a great game for having fun with friends (a lot of fun). But if you end up alone, the atmosphere can quickly change – it can get unexpectedly creepy.

One important point is the Soundpad. I don’t recommend using it right away, as it can ruin the atmosphere and the overall experience of the game over time. It’s better to try the game in its pure form first, and only then add the Soundpad for extra effect.

The soundtrack is quite pleasant and sometimes takes you back to moments from the past, while the achievement titles complement and reinforce the whole atmosphere. The controls are unusual, but if you get the hang of them, it works. The game is more for nostalgia, although you can also work up a sweat here.

The greatest game ever played. A masterpiece. A truly legendary ending. The musical accompaniment helps to feel all those feelings that the main character is experiencing, which causes repeated goosebumps and leaves the most pleasant aftertaste. I don't have enough words to describe how great this game is, of all possible masterpieces this is the most masterpiece. A great example to other game studios of how games should be.

I haven't played this game much, but I can definitely say there's nothing more relaxing than playing it on quiet, dark evenings, listening to chill music and creating different setups. A really good one for chill guys who just wanna sit back, relax and enjoy the vibe.
