you can find the mod files here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\220\3406901318

and you can use GCFScape to extract the mod's folder, then put it in: steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\hl2\custom. And then you can remove the "vo" folder in the "sound" folder to remove all the custom voices.
