Fun pokemon clone. It takes a lot of the core concepts from the franchise and modernize/improves them.

One thing in particular I hope they add is an official 1440p mode. Don't get me wrong, the game's pixel art is great. It just looks a little too large when I fullscreen it. Have to play most of it in windowed mode

game of the century

Dumb-fun, self aware game that doesn't take itself too seriously all while having some of the most high-octane and fun game play ever. And despite releasing in 2014, the cell-shaded graphics make it look like it hasn't aged at all. I don't finish a lot of single player games, but I knocked this one out in just a couple of sittings. Can't recommend it enough.

cheap nowadays and its a classic of this decade. just buy it
