Played my first playthrough in Nightmare Mode. Probably the wisest difficulty decision I ever made since it bear fruit the best zombie survival experience I ever had. Truly a masterpiece.

Actually one of the better soulslike that I have played.

The combat is soulslike so it's really great specially the parrying. There's only one weapon but it can transform into a hammer with varying atk speed. Skills are defendent on the equipped shield which there are a ton of and there are also option for spells with different utilities. The enemies can easily memed on the player if not careful and the bosses are great and fun to challenge.

The difficulty is fine, definitely on easier side but still satisfying. Platforming is a bit janky but luckily falling off a cliff doesn't instakill. The artstyle and music are both great too.

The story is alright. What stand-out the most are the dialogue and the voice acting. Most of the time the lines are funny and the delivery of serious moments are good too.

Will play again once ng+ and boss rush are release.

This game is so good.
The combat is very satisfying and so fluid complemented by its challenging and amazing bosses. Even the mini bosses are good too.
It also has amazing and interesting story. The characters are great too.
The visual and animation is so top class.


Goumang. Would smash

A Final Fantasy game that went full on Action RPG. They even ditch the ATB system of FFVII Remake. And the result, a really good game with satisfying action combat, final fantasy tier plot and story, nice graphics and music, epic cinematic battles and a few flaws especially on the side quests.

The combat is simple at the start so the focus lies more on timing (attack, dodge, parry) but the more Eikons/Abilities unlock the more it shifted to optimization and efficiency. The major Bosses is so fun and satisfying to fight especially the DLC bosses.

Overall, as a fan of final fantasy and action RPG, I really have an enjoyable and amazing experience playing this game.

Black Myth: Wukong is a fun and amazing ARPG. It's on the easier side in terms of difficulty but atleast the combat is fun and enjoyable. There are a lot of bosses to fight but only a handful of them is difficult. There's a lot of variety with the boss design despite the large quantity. The visual and music is amazing too.

My biggest criticism on the game is its level design. Yeah the levels look stunning but it's bad to explore due to the inconsistency on which area is traversable or not. Also, kinda annoying to 100% since some items that are require for achievements is tied to RNG drops from plants that spawn in 30mins interval.

Overall, I highly recommend this game.

A really good action rougelike game. The combat is very dynamic, it has dodging, it has a lot of movesets and skills. The playable characters have varying playstyle. The bosses are good. There's a lot of builds and combinations. What a solid game 8/10

The new map is enjoyable to explore.
The weapons/aow are so fun to use.
The music and visual is so good.
The new NPCs are interesting.

Overall, the DLC is 10/10

Short and easy but good enough

I did actually enjoy playing this game despite its bad reputation mostly because of its excellent combat.

It's a really good game specifically because of its fun and unique combat and good art style
