Since it is on sale at the moment, I would recommend a buy for sure. Runs decent on older hardware and it still gets updates.

The good:
- Very strong car list with pretty much everything you could ask for.
- Mod support and Workshop.
- Active community.
- Good wheel & controller support (can be played with Keyboard).
- Physics are good, not to easy but not super hard to get into it.
- Custom car configurations and possibility to swap engines.
- Livery creator.
- Crossplay with PlayStation, Xbox and Switch players.
- Car setups, designs and maps sharing.

The bad:
- Still the occasional lag in maps or when players join.
- Sometimes the game still crashes.
- 16 players max for a lobby. I know if they increase this number to 32 the game would not run properly but it would be nice.
- Personal point, Civic EK Hatchback and S2000 still missing from the car list.

Conclusion:
If you want a game to put on some music and just chill this is it. At the same time, it can be super competitive if you find the right people to tandem or make custom competitions. You only need to like cars and/or drift to enjoy this.
