Left for dead by Relic. Never buy this ♥♥♥♥ unless it's $5 to play the mediocre campaign.

Don't let the neckbeard hivemind on Reddit tell you this game is bad. It's not as good as FO1 and 2 obviously, and it's not as good as New Vegas, but it takes a lot of the good concepts from NV and makes something better than Fallout 3 and solid in it's own right.

If you're a fan of Starship Troopers then this game is borderline pronographic thematically.

There's a disconnect between the exciting synthwave soundtrack, which makes you want to run and gun like an action movie, and the actual gameplay, a tedious slog of trial and error even on Easy mode that quickly gets tiresome despite the brief length of the mod. It's weighed down further by HL1-authentic but obsolete first person platforming in the beginning; 20 year old game design doesn't hold up well removed from the timeless games that contained them, and this drives it home.

Don't buy this game. Buy Arma 3 instead; all of the assets from this game are available in Arma 3 as a mod with dynamic missions to go with them.

It's American Truck Simulator but you can murder the other truckers with railguns.

It's Wargame without everything bad about Wargame.,

A brilliant game but you will struggle to enjoy it unless your friends buy it too. The kind of squad leaders you end up with otherwise simply aren't up to it.
