Playing it evokes nostalgia of those games you played as a kid that were full of mystery and rewarded discovery. The graphics are old-school but with a modern twist and it looks really great.

The gameplay is especially unique because it ushers you into its challenges in a way that are fair and helps you discover things on your own. The hand holding is only enough to help you discover what your own goals should be in the game. You never feel like you aren't sure what you're supposed to do. For someone like me who mostly plays shooters I found myself enjoying even the building aspects of the game. The ruins that you discover in the game give you inspiration for building your own creations.
