A multidisciplinary gamer geek not quite hardcore enough to claim "nerd" as a valid label (Dammit Jim, I'm a poet, not a CS major!). My heart belongs primarily to fantasy roleplaying games (tabletop, live-action, and virtual), although I find playing a good FPS game every now and then to be a nice stress-reliever (at least until I track down my sex life again; bloody thing went AWOL on me several years back...)

Preferred PC games: Elder Scrolls, the Baldur's Gate Series, Hexen, Painkiller, Heroes of Might and Magic 1-whatever, the Fallout series, Dragon Age:Origins, and Deus Ex are among my favourites. Borderlands and Torchlight II totally rock my socks, too.

Most people I meet consider me crazy to one degree or another. And they're probably right...to one degree or another. Although truthfully, I prefer the term "whimsically boffo." I'm likely to be one of the most open and friendly oddballs you'll ever meet. Game on, crazy star-sapphires!
