Completed it on PS almost two years ago, replaying now. Very playable even on PS4 Slim, btw.

Tone shift from that of WD1 is very appreciated. Story is okay enough with a few twists here and there. Characters are quite memorable, especially Wrench. Overall style, graphics and sound design are halfway between "decent" and "great". Pop culture references are everywhere, but they are more or less amusing rather than annoying. Vehicles' physics are garbage once again. Stealth is a necessity in most cases, so get used to it.

PC version runs great, ~55-60 FPS with decent frame times in 2560x1080 on highest available settings (Ryzen 5 3600 (non-X), 16 gigs DDR4 @ 3200 MHz in dual channel, and 8 gig 2060 Super @ stock clocks). Was able to run the game halfway decent even on Phenom II X4 955 (3.2 GHz quad-core), 16 gigs of DDR3 and GTX 660 in 1080p with medium settings -- so optimized quite well, too.

Game requires for Ubisoft Connect to be installed alongside it. Doesn't bothered me that much, although I do not welcome extra DRM on my machine. No Steam achievements is a drag, though.

Can recommend to buy if you don't have allergy to Ubisoft games & everything that comes with them (hello Uplay\Ubisoft Connect), open world GTA look-alikes, occasional stealth and game's overall style.
