2) Do YOU like soaring the skies, as a multi-colored bird, dragon, and more?

3) Do YOU like the ability to have a ton of mounts (aka 'familiars')?

4) Do YOU like the fact that they give you a hands on try, of what it's like to soar the skies as a white horse with wings, at the very start of the game?

5) Do YOU like the idea of having the ability to choose between classic MMO combat and action-orientated MMO combat?

6) Do YOU like the idea of character creation being detailed, and on par with FF:XIV:ARR or even better?

If you answered yes to one of these, chances are; you will like the game.


1a) Why Pokémon? This game gives you the ability to tame and own 95% of the creatures that you can fight, but they can't be as small as fairies of course, for you to tame them. The minion-sized characters will show on the bottom right once highlighted as "Untameable". I'm sure everyone likes the ability of being able to capture any tameable familiar (the creatures are called familiar in this game) and then mount them to their liking.

2a) There is a quest early-game along the story that gives you a multi-colored aerial mount token, once you hand in your quest that is; in your inventory once right clicked it will activate (blabla has been tamed) and be at your disposal for seven days real time.

3a) Who doesn't wanna catch 'em all?

4a) Can't have a game that has an major element of you being able to capture your personal fav familiars without it giving you a taste of what you can get on your own, now can we?

5a) Because some of us like to play old school, and the rest of us like to play like badasses. Albeit; the way you play can majorly affect your gameplay depending on the class you choose.
Example: You chose the 'Priest' class. Utilizing the old-school mmo combat playstyle makes it easier to click and heal teammates the rest is self explanatory.

6a) What's an MMO without good character creation detail?

In conclusion, if you're looking for a game and you don't know what to get with your money, just sink some hours into this, it's super worth it and a ton of fun with or without friends as it engages you and makes you want to come back for more, even if you don't end up becoming a fanboy like most of us over this game.

P.S: THIS GAME IS NOT PAY TO WIN! I cannot stress this enough, all microtransaction purchases are for PVE only and there are no character EXP buffs to buy, only ones for your familiars aka mounts (yes your mounts have their own level).

Let me rule out the pros and cons of this episodic game, without specifying them (no spoilers):

Episode 1 gives you an introduction to your friends, and what your motive is. Pete is who seems to be the crew's leader, he wants to find his friends. Instead, you come across a duo, and stumble onto something bigger.

Episode 2 carries on what you stumbled onto in episode 1.

Episode 3 gives you the big finale.

One thing I dislike about this game is the constant "halucination" that Michonne faces, as it interrupts the main narrative of the game with a side-narrative that isn't as important until the end-game choice.

Another thing is that Pete's "friends" that he was looking for, are not even in the game. And that's no spoiler, they just.. weren't mentioned. No dialogue about it post-episode 1, nothing.

Hell, the crew isn't even mentioned after episode 1 until the end of episode 2, and even then; you don't see them until episode 3.

I feel like the game doesn't make the most out of the experience, gameplay and story along with character development simply because it's three episodes long. I was able to complete episode 1 in under 45 minutes, episode 2 and 3 I took my time on, however.

My playtime is based off of pausing, exploring, reading every piece of dialogue I could, and replaying episode 1 before episode 2 was released. So don't be fooled by the 3 episodes' length of playtime being long due to my hour count on this game.

I would recommend this game if you are a Telltales fan, as the dialogue is interesting, a new story is fun, and the introductions to each episode are fantastic! I also love one of the 'main' characters, Sam, and for one reason or another; she reminds me of Clementine, so you might want the game if you're looking for a favorite character you'd catch onto after EP 1.

It's easy to run, has a few freezes every so often though, I've witnessed a couple FPS drops, I feel like TWD Season 1 was a better playthrough in terms of how well it ran on my computer.

As a Telltales TWD game fan, I will give this a thumbs up. But that's because I'm biased, though it is a shame as I would have expected more from this game.

Rating: 7.5/10.

The game is good for mods in single player or joining servers on GT:MP, FiveM or Rage. I play it on Rage, it's fun.

After playing this game for 18 minutes yesterday evening, and then trying to play it today but spending three hours fixing issues with installing it on my secondary HDD as it has more space and my primary storage is a 250GB SSD, and then moving the files to my SSD and reinstalling it, only to witness very few players playing the game at all and the quality of the gameplay, I have come to the conclusion that the only things that're good about this game are: Vector, Spectre, Foureyes' character models and the menu theme song.

Do I think you should buy it? No. Not even if it's on sale, disgusting game. I was looking forward to this and so eager to buy it!..only to find out that it was a waste of my money. RE failed after Resident Evil 5, 6 was good but not that great.

If you want a good RE game on Steam, go for the remastered edition of RE or RE4, RE5 or lastly Resident Evil: Revelations, a game that was ported from the 3DS with better and scarier gameplay than this wannabe tactical SWAT game, regardless of single/coop play.

You just spam x y x y x y and the sound quality hurts my ears tremendously, the animation was poorly done and it is overly repetitive. I know it is cheap, but for a game rated very positive I was hopeful it'd be good. I was wrong.

This has got to be one of the most fun, well optimized and addictive games I've ever played! Whenever you think you've gotten bored, you're truly not!

Before reading please understand that I am a very hardcore fan of Rooster Teeth's RWBY animated series though my feedback is presented after playing the game's unfinished 1st campaign with two different playthroughs.

You see a beautiful main menu screen upon opening this game that entails the bright and graphically handsome visuals of Emerald Forest, a slowly/mildly turning camera around the mis-én-scene. You have three options (I believe); PLAY, SETTINGS and EXIT (QUIT).

Under the settings you will find that you can choose between potato (yes potato), standard (neutral graphical settings, not too high but not too potato either) :-) and lastly ultra, which maxes out everything and gives you a bloom effect. Sadly there is no advanced graphical setting at this current time however it is acceptable seeing that this is at its pre-alpha (or alpha) stage. If you are a user who owns a beast (or even fairly decent) computer, chances are you are very capable of running it at ultra, the game has little recommended requirements, I get a SOLID 60 fps (hell, it even goes to 61 at times!)

You will very rarely experience the occasional fps spike when appearing in a large crowd of Grimm, though it is expected after all! Additionally, you will also SOMETIMES see your character's running animation freeze for a few miliseconds when advancing along a steep path and/or bumpy path.

I first started this game with no other than Weiss Schnee (Yep, not Ruby! Weiss-o serious?). I got the YANG of this game after a good few minutes of gameplay and if I may say so myself, it is pretty great in comparison to other early access Steam games at a very early alpha stage.

If you are looking to buy this, please understand that the developers are doing their best so expect faults! They gave this beauty to us at an alpha stage to enjoy as they continue to create more content. I asked a game developer and he said they're hoping to update the game monthly assuming progress is going swell.

Finally, at this present time there is only one campaign and it is incomplete. You will experience around a couple hours worth of gameplay to rack up (average imo).

TL;DR -

If you want to support Roosterteeth's RWBY Game Team then please buy this game, it is HEAPS of fun with friends! Rate: 9/10 (alpha rating).

- Occasional momentary FPS spikes (for me it went down from 60 to 38-41 but immediately shot back up to a solid 60)
- Can't move your camera up higher than average camera height
- Not enough usage of RWBY music ( + not loud enough)
- You don't keep your level and skills after leaving your game session and going into another one
- Yang doesn't make noises when she fights (not that I can hear)
- Semblances aren't 100% complete for each character

Can't think of any more cons, though the ones I've listed already are easily fixable as the developers release updates as time goes by. :)

At first this game felt like a nostalgic trip down memory lane as I trekked through and around the campus of school, attending classes and the likes.

Then I got addicted not even towards the end of Episode 1, the soundtrack is so peaceful and content, the characters are all very interesting, realistic and unique. The misé-n-scene in this game is spectacular, the artwork used to create these environments and the characters themselves brings an entirely new type of atmosphere. You wouldn't expect to get hooked off of a game with these graphics, even though they are remarkable, I say this because it's very uniquely done and it is quite rare to see games like this. The last 'story-rich' type of game I enjoyed was The Walking Dead telltale games.

If you feel like treating yourself to a very fun, relaxed and laid back yet focused game with a reasonably long playtime in all, then you've come to the right video game and you're reading the right review.

I am writing this as a post-game review, as I have just completed Life is Strange. I personally rate this game a solid 10/10. It's a masterpiece for its genre(s).

COUNTER STRIKE 2

I love this game but the game is dead.
And the developers aren't listening to their fanbase.
I wish they'd just bring back The Secret World and start catering to their fans again.
Then they'd see a large increase of players. This is literally the only reason I'm voting it down.
The story, atmosphere, everything is an 11/10, but the developer support and player count is at an all time nil.
SO I will vote no until they start paying attention to their fans.
(I was one of those who got this game when you had to pay for it, not complaining as a F2P guy - not like it matters anyhow)
