Started playing in Patch B128. Development is progressing but I would consider it a full game at this point.

If you want a game to just turn on and play for a little this is not the game for you. Everytime I run this game I spend 30 minutes to an hour troubleshooting a new issue as to why the game won't launch. This has become a ridiculous situation and Rockstar is not helpful in this at all.
