I bought this game and returned it the same day.
The world design is awkward and the story seems interesting but isn't prefaced well enough in the prologue for the player to have a good grasp on what the hell is happening. Further more, the prologue seems to act as a tutorial, and a very poor one at that.
The fighting is clunky (took me 3 minutes to kill 2 guards because no hits were landing, despite the fact I was basically standing inside their hitbox) and the game mechanics are there but aren't explained. You're briefed on a total of 1 monsters in the tutorial (which is also poorly explained) and then immediately thrust into the open world part of the game with a bunch of new monsters that are very good at killing you, even on the lowest difficulty setting. (I like to have fun when playing games, okay? I don't like the Dark Souls approach, but I'm not terrible at games either.)
In summary, the various ideas and concepts the game presents are very interesting. However, they are poorly executed, resulting in a clunky and awkward gaming experience. This game could be very good with some revisions.

As some one who has never read homestuck, I'm very happy I could still enjoy this game! They explained the story elements well without shoe-horning information in, and the art in this game is just fantastic! I had a great time, 10/10 :D

This game is HORRIBLE! I can't even get past the second level without needing a mod to tell me where to go. They copied the batman arkham games fighting style out right, its a waste of money.

This is a great game! Its cartoony and is a great break from the dark or shooter atmosphere of most games. Its very simplistic but makes up for the lack of objectives with a short but interesting plot and lots of fun! Its pretty short and can be beaten in a day but there is so much to do and explore that you'll be playing long after you comeplete the game. Its a wonderful breath of fresh air and is a great game considering its only 7.99.

I love this game and you should too! Its all the features of an old fashioned dungeon crawler, and the graphics my not be "up to par" but who cares! The game is really good and almost directly revives the genre along with the legend of grimrock. The game starts off quite slow but once you start exploring and getting better gear the gameplay speeds up and you'll be finding more secerets and solving cool puzzels. This game is defiantly not a waste of time and is a great game considering its only four dollars. Most people give this game a bad name because its not another call of duty or battle field clone and it doesn't have guns or really a main objective. Many people won't enjoy this if they want a next gen game or what ever, just give it a chance and if you don't like it just remeber...It was four dollars its not like it was sixty or some stupid price like that.

This game is much better than the last tom clancy's game i've played its much eaiser and more fast paced like COD ( call of duty ) so if you've got a kid who wants to play cod and cant let them play this game its clean and the only blood realated item IN the game is when you die theres a red ring around the screen.

Great game. If your a minecraft fan or sandbox fan in general then you will like this game!
