I just love playing games, not only in the Steam. If you want to become my friend, your steam account MUST be non-hidden, so I could check your reviews and Steam groups that you're subscribed to. If I see anything dangerous, provocative or politicaly biased in your nickname or in the your Steam groups/reviews, I will immediately reject your application and blacklist you.
